Opis
This pothole is a result of a leaking town water pipe that is ruining the road. This leak has been looked at by the city but has yet to be fixed. With winter coming this needs to be fixed by the city. Both the pipe and road.

A. This is located on Hilltop rd in front of 46 just at the left of the fork of Valley and Hilltop. Please do not suggest this is a Private road and cannot be fixed because this is a city water pipe and the city does own land on the hill.
