Thank you for speaking up about Burnham's field. The tragedy is that for many years several residents including myself have spoken up to no avail. It was in January of last year, that I sent all the city councilors the list of the conditions of this field. I have spoke on oral communications only to be silence when I went over the 3 minute mark. In our Charter we have a Parks and Recreation Commission listed and a Parks Commission but they have been abandoned.
