This charger is still not working, after more than three months. It has been reported by multiple people. Why has it not been fixed? And why is there no comment whatsoever on this issue?

SeeClickFix is asking me to close this issue because it has been open for 31 days.
But the charger has not been working for at least 31 days, so I will leave it open in the hopes that the right person can get it fixed.

The city of Gloucester owns it.
I checked the Clipper Creek manual. It may just be a grounding wire is loose.

This SeeClickFix exists so that the mayor doesn't have to handle calls about everything in the city.
I just checked it yesterday, and it sill doesn't work.
Can someone please do something about this before the mayor has to step in?
