    The health of residents in both abutting homes to Sebastian’s Pizza at 58 Washington Street is at immediate risk by grossly unsanitary conditions and very old, filthy, and noisy exhaust kitchen fan which is run continuously for 12 hours a day within feet of our living spaces. Repeated attempts to resolve these issues cooperatively have failed.

    At EV Charging station at Gloucester House parking lot.
    only 1 of the two stations work. Tried it several times over a week. Other side works fine which is usually occupied by a city vehicle.
    There is no number to call at the site and no category for in SCF so I selected other.
    Thank you for your assistance, these chargers are a nice thing to offer EV drivers doing business on Main Street and it's a bummer when they cannot be used.

    Pumping/dumping waste liquid onto the street & sidewalk. I don't know what the liquid is, but it covers the street from 12 Exchange down to Washington St periodically. During colder months it creates icy and unsafe conditions. It has been observed coming from the pipe and tubing at the front of 12 Exchange. Thanks

    The property at 12 Hampden St is newly rehabbed with driveway on Lloyd St. The driveway put in was already close to the existing hydrant but now they are extending the drive perilously close to the hydrant. This can’t be to code, and I have to imagine the city did not approve. Can someone check.
