    Asphalt around drain is severly damaged. There are cracks all around it. This makes it loose with the possibility of coming out and causing damage to passing cars or pedestrians. It's also extremely noisy as traffic constantly runs over it. It's a hazard that needs to be fixed ASAP with new apshalt around it. Some attempt last year was made but it wasn't a permanent fix. This thing could be quite dangerous and is really close to the sidewalk.

    New homeowner called light shines right in their bedroom window, would like shield on light. The closest pole is #266, the lights that need shield are to the right & left of that pole.
